Golf, Ladies High Tea, Board Mtg & the 30th LACB!
Golf: The golf gang will gather in the hotel lobby at 0645 to car pool to the Riverwalk golf course. If you're a player you should have all the information you need, but if you have any questions, contact Jim Ozbirn at 760-815-2468.
Ladies High Tea: This is a new adventure dedicated to the Crusader Ladies. It's from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Soledad Ballroom. Dress code will vary from the traditional fascinators to whatever you brought, so if you didn't sign up and want to attend, see Mary the day before and she might be able to fit you in.
Board of Directors Meeting: The Board of Directors will meet in the hotel boardroom from 1400 - 1500. Attendance is required for the directors, but it's an open meeting so any member may attend as an observer.
30th Last Annual Crusader Ball: The big show! The cocktail reception begins in the La Jolla Grand Ballroom foyer at 1800. The piper will lead us in our grand entrance into the ballroom at 1900 for the evening's festivities. Our photographer will be on duty during the dinner, so round up your squadron mates for photos in front of the green screen.
There will be a short program after dinner and then the dancing begins. Be prepared for a memorable evening. Afterwards, the ready room will be open until we all fade away.
