LACB32/Hook'23 registration is open. Sign up now to get the events that you want. Here's what you do to register:

1. Go to the Hook website
   https://www.tailhook.net
2. Select "Register for Hook'23".
3. Select "Member of Tailhook Association", even if you're not. DO NOT sign up as Active Duty; you flunked that physical a long time ago! Don’t worry, the registration fee will be $25 at check-out when you enter the Secret Code (given below). Your registration includes person registering plus one guest. Names will be entered later.
4. Just go down the list and select the events you wish to attend. You can always return later and add additional events.
   • If you register for the Fallon trip (which we highly recommend), you will have to enter for each person:
     • Full Name
     • Date of Birth, and
     • Last four digits of their Social Security Number
   • The Bug Roach Mixer Friday night takes the place of our traditional Gunfighter Reception. It's a chance to also hook up with buddies from other communities.
   • The Hook Banquet Saturday night functions as our traditional LACB. We will be sitting together and will likely be the largest reunion group in attendance. Where it asks about seating, enter "F8 Crusader". This ensures you sit with the group.
5. Towards the end is where you enter your name and that of your guest. Important: Where it asks for Coupon Code, enter reuniongroup2023. This is the Secret Code that changes your registration fee to $25, so don't overlook it.
6. Last, but not least, pay your bill. You gotta pay by credit card or PayPal; they don't take checks or cash.

That's all there is to it. The important thing is to register now to get the events that you want.

Just So You Know... Even though the official theme of Hook'23 is Operation Iraqi Freedom, there is a lot of good chatter going around about celebrating the 50th anniversary of the end of SE Asia hostilities at Tailhook. We were a major part of the Vietnam War, so you might want to be a part of those remembrances.

And Please Don't Forget: Make your hotel reservations now to ensure you get the Nugget and not an overflow hotel.

To attend all of the events you should plan on three nights in the hotel, checking in on Thursday, August 24, and checking out Sunday morning, August 27. If desired, you can get the special rate of $139 three days before and after the reunion.
